Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your scheduled time and will be applied toward the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Because appointment times are specially reserved for each client, the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable, including if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
